Our mission at MeatCartel BBQ is to give you the tastiest smoked meat at an affordable price. We smoke beef brisket, short ribs, chicken and lamb. With our low and slow smoking technique our beef brisket will be smoked up to 12 hours with wood sourced locally in Malaysia. Ensuring lots of flavors whilst maintaining the beautiful texture of the meat.
