BLACK PEPPER LAMB SHANK (RM 35.00)
Lamb shanks is a popular favorite for all Malaysian because its tender, flavorful and topped with warm gravy and unique sides to suit all taste buds. The braised lamb shank here is cooked in black pepper sauce that gives it a mild spice that doesn’t overwhelm the natural taste of the lamb. The meat is tender, soft and juicy. Also, the lamb shank is served beside a fluffy, thick mash potatoes and some mixed vegetables.
