Cendol is a type of drink suitable for dessert but it works for any occasion for that matter especially on a hot day. The basic components for cendol contain shaved ice in coconut milk, palm sugar syrup and droplets made from malleable mixture of rice flour. These droplet are actually the cendol proper that makes the name for the whole concoction as cendol. The additions to it would be like diced jackfruit, sweetened corns, red/black beans, durian and sprinkles of crushed peanuts.
